Principal and owner of Magnuson & Associates, LTD., an agency specializing in Employee Benefit design and implementation. Ray has been an independent consultant and broker in Tucson for over 25 years. As a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Ray serves on the local, State and Regional Boards. He has advanced designations from the American College as a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter, and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant. In addition, Ray earned a Bachelors degree from San Jose State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara. Ray is a member of both the California and Arizona Bar Association.

Ray is active in the community having served on several Boards of Directors as well as serving as Presidents of Rotary International, The Brewster Center for Domestic Violence, and Casa de los Niños Foundation. Ray is currently the President to the Board of Directors of Casa de los Niños. 

Phillip is an Account Executive for Magnuson and Associates.  He has been around insurance his entire life.  He has knowledge and understanding in Property & Casualty and Health & Disability.  With the recent addition and opportunity, he has leaned on the 50 plus years of combined experience this agency has to offer.  His high energy and outgoing personality is contagious.  Phillip takes pleasure in shadowing "the boss" for life and business related lessons, however he does enjoy returning the favor with his golf game.

I am Highly effective at communicating and leading with proven ability to build long-term relationships, by establishing and maintaining a high level of confidence and trust.

I have served people and worked in the Human Resource and Health Care industry for over 25 years! I feel the nation’s current healthcare crisis can best be solved by helping the consumer be more aware and take action in the decisions they make.

Adriana has been a member of our Team since 2008.  She brings over 26 years of experience to her position with experience on both the Carrier and Agent side of the business.  Even after all these years, she still finds great satisfaction working with our clients and their employees.   Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Although a native of California, she moved to Tucson in 1988.  Her favorite slogan is

Nicole is a graduate from the University of Arizona. She started her insurance career in 1995. She worked for a major insurance carrier handling employer, medicare and individual health benefits.  She is an Arizona licensed Health and Disability agent.  In 1999 she joined Wolfe Insurance and Consultants, LLC agency as an insurance broker.  In 2023, she joined Magnuson and Associates Team. She has been a member of the NAHU since 1999, now NABIP- (National Association of Business and Insurance Professionals)  She has served on the local board, SAAHU in various positions for over 20 years.  She also serves on the state of Arizona board as well. She was awarded the NAHU  Presidential Service Award for her extraordinary service. She has a broad knowledge of insurance and specializes in your personal needs.
